Terms and conditions
| Recording of class will be avaialbe till 7 days of last class of that batch. Student need to take regular recording. |
| No class will be compnesated for Group class. Student can watch recording of missed class and trainer will clear all the doubts |
| if we are not able to provide classes within 7 days for any reasons then we will refund the amount after deducting the amount of the class taken by student |
| if student is not satisfied with one trainer then he/she can take classes from another trainer after giving proper reason for change so what we can give proper input |
| Student will pay the fee in timely manner. if fee is not paid in timely manner then given discount will not be applicable and the standard prcing will be applicable. Classes can be stopped also |
| if any student is found out of doing any inappropriate behaviour , we can stop his/her classes and strict action can be taken and no refund will be applicable |
| If any Trainer is found out of doing any inappropriate behaviours, we can take legal action against him/her and no full and fnal will be done in this case |
| if student is not satisified then he/she can complains to [email protected] |
| only 2 classes in a month will be compensated for individual class |
| if student is not able to take class after submitting the fee then he /she can take classes later on . No refund will be applicable |
| Moneyback guarantee is applicable only for English classes with course duration more than 3 months . |
| No classes will be provided after batch is completed until unless student makes payment for higher course or take extension |
| Student can switch offline classes to online classes or online classes to offline classes if offline classes are available at that location subject to the fee plan |
| Our Trainer has got study material with them and they will provide study material . Since We work on specific need of student so there is no pre-defined study material Trainer will provide materila as per the need of the student.. We follow S.M.A.R.T goal achiement method for better results |
| Student need to given in writing that they want camera to be off while taking online class . |
| Any Trainer leaves for any reasons then spokenmate will provide another similar trainer. No refund will be applicable in this case |
| if any student takes less than 30 days leave then no class will be compnesated because our trainer will be avaialbe and trainer can not take any other batch |
| if any student takes more than 30 days leave(For exams, medical emergency etc). They need to write an email to the organization with supporting documents. Once approved then classes will be compensated and batches and tmings will be allocated as per the availability at that time. No refund will be given. We can not gauarantee same trainer as well. |
| if physical classes are stopped by District Magistrate/Goverment of india then spokenmate will provide online classes . No refund will be applicable |
