IELTS stands for The International English Language Testing System. This series of English pattern is designed for those who wish to go abroad for study, work or migration. The exam is valid in English speaking countries which includes Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.

IELTS is owned jointly by the British Council, IDP: Australia and Cambridge Assessment English. The exam is designed by a group of experienced intellectuals from all over the world. This exam is recognized globally by more than 11,000 employers, universities, schools and immigration bodies including 3,400 institutions in USA. The exam test centers are available at more than 1200 locations in 140 countries.
You need to find a suitable test centre for yourself. You can find the nearest test centre by visiting IELTSessentials.com. Here you can make the test booking online or download an application for submitting via post. You need to enter all the necessary details including the passport number, scan of your identity document, photograph. The ID should be valid at the time of the form filling and you should go the exam with the same ID. Then, find your nearest test centre and register for the exam and pay online. A written confirmation is sent by the test centre for you exam conduction. You will get your Speaking test schedule on the same day of your Listening,Writing and Reading exam or maybe seven days after or before the main exam.
The IELTS exam is conducted by the official owning body, British Council, IDP. The exam dates are available throughout the year and candidates can choose their own exam dates depending upon the application dates of the universities or the work firm. The candidate should choose a date 3-4 months before the deadline so as to avoid any error that may occur.
The IELTS fees for the registration is Rs 14,700 which is valid from 11 July,2021.
If you cancel the exam dates in less than five weeks of test dates, you will get no refund of your money. But if you cancel it before five weeks, you will get the refund with 25% cut of administrative fees.
